We work one-on-one with business professionals in supervisory positions at all levels to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their developmental objectives, unlock their potential, and improve their leadership performance.
We use scientifically validated assessments to gain a clear picture of the client’s personality traits and social skills to establish a baseline and assist in formulating a leadership improvement plan. In addition to the assessment instruments, we incorporate Human Performance Technology (HPT) to formulate the best performance improvement intervention.
Once the leadership improvement plan has been developed, we coach our clients on strategies to leverage strengths and mitigate threats. Through periodic coaching sessions the engagement strategy is re-calibrated as needed to fine tune the intervention and ensure success.
We later evaluate our leadership improvement plan effectiveness by administering a Leadership 360 assessment to obtain anonymous feedback from two direct reports, two peers, and two managers of the client.
Our goal is to not only improve our client’s leadership performance through proven methodology, but to get them to a point where they are leading their own continuous improvement process.
