EQ-i Group Report – Used when an organization wishes to work on team-level strategies as it enables discussion around team-level implications of EI. The Group Report combines the EQ-i 2.0 scores of individuals in a manner that enables interpretation at the group or team level. This report provides the participants’ individual scores while maintaining their anonymity. An overview that identifies group strengths, as well as areas where the group can be more effective, is presented. Implications at an organizational level are examined and strategies for action that can further develop the group’s potential are recommended.

Decision Style Profile – Overview

The Decision Style Profile is a decision-making assessment that empowers leaders to make better decisions by enlightening them on how to choose the most effective and appropriate decision-making styles for given situations. Each participant is asked how they would make several real-world business decisions. A personalized report compares the participant’s chosen decision-making style to the most appropriate styles, backed by extensive research and a current database of over 20,000 executives and managers. The Decision Style Profile evaluates the appropriateness with which participants include others in the decision-making process, as well as the extent to which participants consider five critical decision factors in their decision-making process.

Decision Style Group Report – Useful when working with members of the same team, workgroup or organization. This report provides the opportunity to look for common decision-making trends within the group. The group report follows the same format as the individual report.

Hardiness Resilience Gauge – The Hardiness Resilience Gauge™ (HRG) is grounded in over 30 years of research and development and provides valuable insight into an individual’s level of hardiness and their ability to cope with stressful and unexpected situations. As with all of MHS’ assessments, the HRG is a scientifically rigorous tool that demonstrates exceptional reliability and validity.

The HRG focuses on the three C’s – Control, Commitment, and Challenge. The three C’s of Hardiness represent the key qualities that people high in hardiness possess. They believe they have control over the events they experience. They commit to seeing the world as meaningful and interesting, and they view challenges and change as growth opportunities.
